T20 champs

This is the picture of those glorious days in which india was called the champion of T20.

India has been thrown out of the ICC T20 world cup because of three consecutive defeats in the super eight matches.
First defeat by the West Indies over here team India lost because of both bowlers and the batsmen in this match no body could be blamed as no one played nicely as expected.

After winning the toss and electing to bat first Indians gave one of the worst starts which India could have ever expected. Rohit Sharma was the first on to depart just after hitting a boundary the ball before. Then was Suresh Raina to go who came at the place of no. three where Dhoni was playing from few matches. Now was Gautam Gambhir to go he tried to play a pull shot but he had to go to pavilion because of a stunning catch taken running backwards not removing the eyes from the ball and diving at the last moment. After the quick fall of wickets Dhoni and yuvraj tried to make a break at the wickets and they were quite successful in it but they could not save India from losing the match and because of Dwayne bravo’s good bowling and batting he was named the man of the match.

In this match England won the toss and chose to bat first. The start was not up to the mark as England expected first man to go was Owais Shah he was picked by a good catch by yusuf pathan but this wicket brought tensions for India as Kevin pitersen kept his leg on the ground. He and ravi brought a very good partnership and this was the main point of the game. In response to this Indians made a very bad start as again the partnership did not do well and Indians made a slow start because of this Indians faced problems in the last few overs creating the exit door for the team India. This was the last chance for the Indians to remain in the competition which they missed by 3 runs.

The last match for both the teams and was a useless match as south Africans were in the semi finals and India was out of the competition this was the last chance for the Indians to go with some respect but this was also a bad day for the Indians. Africans batted first made a quick start with nearly a run rate of 10 to 9 but they were not successful in giving a India a good total but it did not bother the Indians they decided and came that they had to lose and they were successful in it also they could not even chase a target of 130 or more.
